The first Blue and White Day of the 2018-2019 school year will be held Thursday, September 6, at 9a.m. in the gym. Blue and White Day is a celebration of Colonels that brings Ledyard High School together once in the fall and once in the spring. This celebration is used to recognize students’ achievements, student leaders, different clubs, athletic teams and is organized by school administrators and staff.
One way that everyone can participate in this event is by wearing blue and white on Thursday. Blue and white t-shirts will be sold Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during both lunch waves, and in the Career Center for $10, for sizes small-Xlarge, and $12 for sizes 2XL and 3XL. Even though LHS students come from 12 towns and four grades, they are still part of one identity, so show Colonel pride by participating and having fun!
