Beauty makes its journey through the eye

Colors and shapes and light arrange themselves

in a way that lights a fire in our mind

but have you stopped and noticed

the color of a persons cheeks

as words flow out of their mouth like a river

on a subject that moves their very core?

Have you ever noticed the curve of someones mouth

as their mind runs and runs

for that one thing that keeps them up at night?

Have you ever noticed the light in someone’s eyes

and realized that they have found their passion,

they have a love that reaches deeper than the ocean?

That is truly beautiful.
