A Wicked Good Time!

Every year, ghosts, goblins, and various other haunted figures occupy Linden Lane in Ledyard for a good cause. The Lauren Candler Scholarship Fund works in remembrance of the 15-year-old Ledyard resident who was a devoted member of Ledyard High School. The scholarship works to support students who are active in Ledyard’s choral and agricultural programs and demonstrate overall outstanding character.

The aptly named “Wicked Good Time” embraces the scarier side of various organizations around town including many groups within Ledyard High School. Performing, adorned with masks and makeup, are the singing groups Final Cut, Acabellas and the Ledyard National Honor Society.

The trail will start at 6 Linden Lane at 6:30 p.m. and continue until 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 28 and Oct. 29. Admission is $8.00 plus a non-perishable item. Other activities at the trail include a silent auction, concessions, and a big screen around a bonfire to watch classic thrillers. Hope to see you there!
