NBA playoffs

The NBA playoffs are here! The top eight teams on each conference go head to head in a series of seven games, first team to four wins goes to the next round. With the second round upon us, there have been outstanding performances by some of the league’s best players like Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden in the first round.Things were looking pretty straight forward in the Eastern Conference with all the top seeded teams winning and their opponents either winning one game or no games in the first round while in the Western Conference that’s not the case. Teams like the Portland Trailblazers, who are the third seed, and the Houston Rockets, who are the fourth seed, were the first teams in the West moving to the second round. The Portland Trailblazers moved on the second round with a bang beating the Oklahoma City Thunder in game five with Damian Lillard hitting a buzzer beater to win by three.Top seed Golden State Warriors, who were expected to beat the eighth seed Clippers in four games, won in six games against Lou Williams and the L.A. Clippers. The second seed, Denver Nuggets, were in a battle with the seventh seed San Antonio Spurs and beat them in seven games. Kyrie Irving has been hot so far in the playoffs leading the Celtics past the fifth seed Pacers with ease winning the series four to nothing. Kawhi Leonard was also on fire in the first round helping the Toronto Raptors beat the Orlando Magic four to one. The second round should be more intense and fun to watch so be ready!
