Everyone Should Own a Pair of Crocs

Have you ever woken up late and had to rush to get out the door? Or maybe you had an outfit planned but didn’t want to wear the same shoes you always do? If you answered yes to either of these questions, Crocs are for you. I have recently started wearing Crocs and can confidently say that they are one of the best shoes I own.

I will start by saying that I know they aren’t necessarily the cutest, but they really aren’t that bad either, considering they come in so many different patterns and colors! If that’s not enough, Crocs are easy to accessorize and make you stand out with charms that fit into any of the 12 holes in the top of the shoe. Senior Chloe Mingoia said, “They are fun and easy shoes to wear and they are super comfortable. My Crocs are customized with charms from my favorite shows and movies.”

Despite what some will say, Crocs are extremely comfortable, convenient, and affordable considering how long they last. Crocs are made from Croslite, a material thick enough to protect your foot from your surroundings while being squishy enough to feel comfortable to walk in all day. While they’re comfortable for walking in a majority of settings, Crocs aren’t for every place on Earth. Junior Journey Mutch brings up, “Crocs aren’t always the best when walking in the woods or mud but they are colorful and nice.” If you can get past not being able to go in mud with them, Crocs are easy to slip on and off and even have a “sports mode” strap in the back in case you decide to be active in them. Junior Lindsay Farina agrees and says, “Crocs are the perfect slip-on shoes and don’t limit me from doing fun activities.” Many argue that the $45 shoe is not worth the money, but as you can see, they would be wrong. With all that being said, I think it’s fair to say everyone could benefit from owning Crocs and it’s time you buy a pair.
