Senior Spotlight: Camara Hodges

Camara Hodges is an accomplished and hardworking senior who can be found watching Disney movies at any given point in the day (or maybe even visiting Disney once again). She is known for being level-headed, reliable, and thoughtful by her friends and family.

Q: What do you plan on doing after high school?

A: “Most likely go into working somewhere in CT and taking a summer break down in Florida.”

Q: What would your dream job be?

A: “Working in the animation industry for Disney or Pixar, and it is definitely because of how much I loved Disney as I grew up.”

Q: What or who inspires you the most?

A: “My mom because she has worked hard her whole life to make her kids happy and make sure we had a good home and anything else we needed.”

Q: What adjectives do you think best describe you?

A: “Funny and simple because I don’t let small things bother me, which keeps me out of a lot of drama, and I’m usually not stressing about things I don’t have to. Also, I’m just funny or at least I’m always making myself laugh.”

Q: What is one of your favorite or most impactful memories?

A: “Every time I went to Disney has been some of my favorite times, but going to Disney for the first time was one of my all-time favorites. I remember my aunt and I were hanging out at our resort pool and a seagull came down and took my nachos and my aunt’s strawberry daiquiri and it was so funny at the time.”
