Review: Captain America: Civil War

On May 5, the lines outside the theater got a little longer. People of all ages, races and genders crowded to the nearest cinema to watch the newest Marvel movie, “Captain America: Civil War.”

Civil War is the third movie in the Captain America series. To many viewers it is known as the breaking point of the Avengers- a team of superheroes who try to save the world from villains and their plans. This team has appeared before in two other Marvel movies, “The Avengers” and “The Avengers: Age of Ultron,” in addition to the Marvel comics. Other characters that fans have seen before, but are new to the Avengers team, are Ant Man and Spiderman. Both of whom join the fight and the Avengers initiative.

This shocking third movie is advertised as a fight between Captain America (portrayed by Chris Evans) accompanied by his allies and Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, (portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.), along with his allies. The two groups of heroes face off against each other. The question: Who will win? It can only be followed by the question: Who will survive?

Marvel fans everywhere have chosen their side of Stark or Cap, some bought a new shirt to support their side, others placed bets on the outcome. But after months of waiting, both sides of the fight will crowd into the theater some with their popcorn, others with candy, waiting for the plot to unravel

No matter who wins or loses fans can be sure of two things. One, Stan Lee has an amazing hidden cameo and two, there will far too many credits before the after credits scenes.
