Chromebooks will no longer be loaned from the LHS library. This new policy will go into effect on Monday, April 4.

Our beloved librarian Mrs. Smith states that over 30 Chromebooks are loaned each day due to students forgetting theirs at home or because students forgot to charge them. “Our loaner Chromebooks are intended for students who need to have theirs repaired, not for forgetfulness,” she states.

Mrs. Smith also stated that the problem is that students who are borrowing Chromebooks daily are not returning them and the library is running out of loaners on a regular basis.  

So find your chargers, people, and set a reminder on that phone you never forget to bring to remind you to bring your Chromebook, and charger, to school too.
